How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Um...3 years. I came across it while I was in Virginia at Fort Lee for AIT training.
I'll soon be at my new account RainbowAsylum-RS8J, and that name is self-explanatory
What does your username mean?
It's an inside joke with one of my Aunts. She made a joke saying that she was going to get me a straight jacket for Christmas and I responded "Better make sure it's rainbows."

An OC I drew while I was in the Army
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Whatever is in my head that I want to physically see. I'm really happy when it turns out great. My usual is pencil and sketchbook drawing.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
2-D ANIMATION!!!

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Uuuuuuuuuum.........whatever catches my interest and pleases my inner nerd I reckon

If I have to choose one out of all my favorites then I reckon it'll be ProfessorPemzini. His art style is absolute eye-candy and the coloring are just WOW.

and a few others most definitely. Like we all meet up at a restaurant with our sketchbooks and just piddle.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Weeeelllllll, I have made a few that keep me in a stable attitude. A couple have kept me from considering "the permanent way out"

Good ole' pencil and paper

The time of day when I should be sleeping

Everytime I find an image that make my heart flutter or makes me laughter till my organs rupture.

Hello my friends and followers.
Me, Miss Rainbow is moving accounts from this one to RainbowAsylum-RS8J because my 4 years on DA has kinda made me turn my current account into a bit of a chaotic disaster.
In short I need to do some serious clean up with my stuff and the only way I can see myself doing that is by making a new account.
Anywho, go watch my new account because in about 17 months (when my premium account expires) this one will go silent and be deleted.
all artwork will be transfered to my new account so no worries.

Congress is trying to inflict new copyright laws and it will completely fuck us artists up if we let the bill pass.
Some things to expect are:
- “The Next Great Copyright Act” would replace all existing copyright law.
- It would void our Constitutional right to the exclusive control of our work.
- It would “privilege” the public’s right to use our work.
- It would “pressure” you to register your work with commercial registries.
- It would “orphan” unregistered work.
- It would make orphaned work available for commercial infringement by “good faith” infringers.
- It would allow others to alter your work and copyright these “derivative works” in their own names.
- It would affect all visual art: drawings, paintings, sketches, photos, etc.; past, present and future; published and unpublished; domestic and foreign.
Basically our artwork will be infringed, edited, and reworked without our consent 10 times easier and artists have to pay big companies for their work while the artists gain little to no coin for their work.
This act must be stopped, or else our hard work, drawings, paintings, pictures, and so on will be fucked.
The Deadline is at July 23. If this act pass through consider art a dying activity.
